Bells Bend
Overview
Bells Bend is 4 miles of single-track trails ideal for beginner riders, children and families. The landscape includes small rock formations, some exposed roots, open fields, and rolling hills. The trail can be ridden in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction but will be closed in wet weather conditions.
FREE BIKE RENTALS
Nashville Metro Parks have Free Mountain Bike Rentals that include helmets and water bottles. Check them out at the Bells Bend Outdoor Center. The are open Tuesday-Friday Noon-4 and Saturday 9-4. You can call 615-862-4187 to make an appointment. That number is also good for up to date trails conditions during the hours above.

Parking is available at either the trailhead or at the Bells Bend Outdoor Center, where restroom facilities are available.
