In just two short weeks we will be having the TBRA State Championship MTB race at Montgomery Bell State Park. Make sure to put it down on your calendar for Sept. 17th. And as we normally do at the Montgomery race we will have the time trial the day before Saturday Sept. 16th at 3pm. The time trial is only 3.1 miles on the easiest and fastest trail in the park the red trail. Anyone can do the 3.1 mile red trail so this is a great chance to get those beginners or kids out to try out MTB racing for the first time. Everyone starts one at a time so no worry about a mass start or anything. My son has done this time trial every year since he was 5 years old.
The State Championship XC race is on Sunday and comes with the highest TBRA points of the year so you don't want to miss this race. Pro's and Cat 1's kick off the day at 9am.We hope to see a good crowd out there for some good competitive racing!
